Establishment of a New Organization in Pakistan Reasons for the Formation of the United Krachistan Movement

Are Pakistan — and in particular Karachi, along with all Major Cities and Public Institutions of the Country — Ranked in any Global Index at a Level that is Truly Commendable and Worthy of National Pride?

A new organization in Pakistan, United Karachi Movement Karachi, has been formed under Article 17 (Freedom of Association) of the Constitution of Pakistan to promote the values of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the establishment of peace, dignity and equality in the world including Pakistan, so that the Pakistani nation can be able to give a valuable and practical answer to the above question. The reasons for the establishment of the United Karachi Movement, in the overall political, economic, social and educational context of Pakistan, which have both negative and positive effects on Karachi, are as follows:

1. Continuous Failure of Political Parties in Karachi:
All past and present institutions of Pakistan — including the legislature, judiciary, and executive — along with past and present political and religious leadership, their political and religious parties, and scholars from all schools of thought, have failed to resolve Pakistan’s long-standing social, political, economic, educational, judicial, and religious crises, despite decades of struggle and claims of reform. There is no realistic hope that these same institutions or personalities will resolve these problems in the future. Generations have changed, faces have changed, national treasuries have been emptied, Pakistan has been mortgaged, and the people have been driven into debt — yet political and religious leaders have become wealthy elites (Ashrafia) and feudal landlords. In comparison, financial corruption by civil servants during service appears insignificant and even forgivable. Through the votes of the deprived masses, political and religious dynasties have captured all major parties and continue to exploit Pakistan and its people generation after generation. Sincere workers and capable office-bearers within these parties can never rise to become chairpersons, presidents, or leaders. This entrenched dynastic system is one of the fundamental reasons for the emergence of the United Krachistan Movement.

2. Repeated Failure of the Mayoral System in Karachi:
The people of Karachi have already witnessed the mayoral performances of Abdul Sattar Afghani, Farooq Sattar, Naimatullah Khan, Syed Mustafa Kamal, and Wasim Akhtar, while the tenure of Murtaza Wahab is currently ongoing. There is no need for any survey or referendum to assess these performances. Karachi’s past and present are written clearly on the walls and reflected on the hopeless faces of its citizens. Had everything been functioning properly, there would have been no need for a new movement. However, despite repeated and continuous mayoral efforts, Karachi’s persistent decline, political neglect, and systemic failures became the core motivation for the formation of the United Krachistan Movement.

3. Public Negligence, Apathy, Carelessness, and Irresponsibility:
Responsibility for Pakistan’s overall condition also rests upon the public, which has proven to be careless, apathetic, inattentive, and irresponsible in national affairs. The majority of the people have surrendered their authority and responsibilities — through the vote — entirely to politicians, religious leaders, and the establishment, and have fallen into a deep sleep of negligence. A small segment of society desires the immediate implementation of an egalitarian system based on Islamic values, replacing the current unequal political, social, economic, and educational order. Yet even this segment remains inactive, waiting for a messiah. Every day, people stage “revolutions” on their mobile phones — and then sleep peacefully, satisfied.

4. The Worst National Condition of Pakistan:
According to the Election Commission of Pakistan, countless political parties are registered. Some participate in elections and form governments or opposition, while many remain practically inactive. Despite the existence of so many political parties since independence, Pakistan and its people are in their worst condition. Under both civilian and military governments, Pakistan’s political, economic, and social conditions continue to deteriorate. Pakistan is a debt-ridden nation, and its people are a mortgaged nation. Lavish spending on religious festivals and personal ceremonies in such circumstances challenges divine accountability. Extravagance in cricket, sports, spectacles, and so-called cultural celebrations reflects nothing but national insensitivity and moral decay. Pakistan is a nuclear state, yet its people wander in darkness — suffering hunger, poverty, disease, unemployment, and lack of education and basic facilities. Although Pakistan’s armed forces and intelligence agencies are recognized among the best in the world, hardly a week passes without news of bombings, dead bodies, and destruction. Society is collapsing into psychological illness, violence, and suicide. The younger generation has fallen prey to the curse of narcotics.

5. Collective Backwardness of Pakistan and Its People:
Pakistan suffers from comprehensive backwardness: economic, industrial, agricultural, moral, social, political, educational, medical, judicial, defense, foreign policy, and internal governance failures. While countless families have become billionaires and trillionaires, the majority of the people live in extreme poverty, deprived of basic necessities. Powerful elites (Ashrafia) control the corridors of power and natural resources. In reality, the elite (Ashrafia) controls not only the present but also the future of the masses. For the elite (Ashrafia), Pakistan has become paradise; for the common people, it has become hell. Through their political and religious parties, the elite (Ashrafia) seeks to rule and exploit the people generation after generation. The masses have been deliberately trapped in survival struggles. Poor parents are driven to despair, infanticide, and suicide. People are deprived of healthcare, food, education, and even the ability to pay electricity and gas bills. Those who once gave charity have now become beggars.

6. United Krachistan Movement: A Reformist and Revolutionary Movement:
If true devotion to national service resides in the heart and mind, progress and prosperity can be pursued even without political power. It is this belief that led to the formation of the United Krachistan Movement. The United Krachistan Movement is a reformist and revolutionary movement, born as a strong reaction to the persistent failure of governments and elected representatives to act according to the public mandate. It has emerged to struggle — without discrimination — for the social, economic, educational, and political rights of the united citizens of Krachistan. The Movement possesses a clear, practical, and actionable strategy, the implementation of which can bring fundamental reforms, transformation, and revolution to Karachi and Pakistan as a whole. Not every revolution is bloody. It is hoped that positive reforms and revolutionary change, in the broader public interest, will be accepted by all segments of society, including the elite (Ashrafia). History bears witness that revolutions are ignited by hungry, unarmed masses — and by divine will, such masses ultimately overpower oppressive elites (Ashrafia). At first, the elite (Ashrafia) deploy armed forces against them, but over time, even the barrels of elite (Ashrafia) cannons change direction, for this is the decree of Allah. Before divine justice, even electrified barbed-wire walls become stepping-stones. “Indeed, Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.” (Qur’an, Surah Ar-Ra‘d 13:11). The United Krachistan Movement believes in this universal truth: human beings are appointed by Allah as His vicegerents on Earth. The people temporarily appoint some among themselves as representatives or rulers for their convenience. Therefore, governments and institutions are subordinate to the people — not superior. Any attempt to undermine popular sovereignty shall be regarded as treason. False claims of prosperity and fabricated statistics neither change reality nor fill empty stomachs.

UNITED KRACHISTAN MOVEMENT: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The United Krachistan Movement (UKM), in accordance with international standards and based on the principle of self-reliance, shall undertake practical measures for the comprehensive reformist and revolutionary redevelopment of Krachistan.

The Movement shall struggle for the welfare, protection, and promotion of social, political, educational, and economic rights, and for securing a dignified and modern status for Krachistan and its people, in line with contemporary global standards.

The objectives relating to Krachistan, Pakistan, and the world are outlined below:

Krachistan:

The People of Karachi and the Constitution of Pakistan:
The United Krachistan Movement shall engage directly with the people of Karachi and, with the assistance of constitutional and legal experts, prepare a comprehensive report on how the Constitution of Pakistan can play a fundamental role in the development and prosperity of Karachi.
Where necessary, formal engagement shall be initiated with relevant institutions to propose reform-oriented constitutional amendments. At present, the constitutional benefits of Pakistan are not reaching the people of Karachi, in clear violation of their constitutional rights.
Renaming the Great City of Karachi as “Krachistan”:
The United Krachistan Movement shall formally launch a public campaign to expand and transform the current name “Karachi” in accordance with the city’s vast scale and historical significance.
The proposed new name, “Krachistan”, or any better and more suitable alternative, shall be selected through public consultation and constitutionally and legally formalized. The name “Krachistan” represents a symbolic synthesis of Karachi and Pakistan. Formal correspondence shall be addressed to all relevant authorities, including the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister, Chairman Senate, Speaker National Assembly, Chief Justice of Pakistan, Field Marshal of Pakistan, Provincial Chief Ministers, Governors, Chief Justices, chambers of commerce, Urdu Dictionary Board, university vice chancellors, media organizations, and political and religious leaders, to ensure collective consultation on this matter.
The United Krachistan Movement believes that for national stability, and for the peace, satisfaction, development, prosperity, and future of Karachi’s citizens, an independent and impartial referendum—within constitutional and legal limits—has become inevitable.
After nationwide consultation, a countrywide public outreach campaign shall be launched to address the following priority questions:
1. Priority One: As a citizen of Karachi, under the present circumstances, would you prefer to continue living as it is, under the administrative control of the Government of Sindh?
2. Priority Two: As a citizen of Karachi, would you prefer that in the future Karachi be placed under the administrative control of the Government of Pakistan (Federal Government)?
3. Priority Three: As a citizen of Karachi, would you prefer that in the future Karachi be made a separate, independent, and autonomous province, and that you live within it?
  
  If the people decide in favor of provincial status, it shall be purely an administrative division within Karachi’s existing boundaries. No additional areas shall be included. The Movement shall raise no objection to the name of the new province. This initiative shall be anti-linguistic and anti-ethnic, not based on linguistic identity. If a referendum is not feasible, internationally recognized institutions such as Gallup International Association and Gallup Pakistan may be engaged to conduct a large-scale survey. If required, judicial forums shall also be utilized.
4. Social, Economic, Industrial, and Educational Revolution from Krachistan:
  Following constitutional and legal transformation, the United Krachistan Movement shall ignite a social, economic, industrial, and educational revolution under the new identity of Krachistan—setting an example for all of Pakistan. Comprehensive reforms shall address healthcare, education, employment, housing, transport, water, electricity, gas, inflation control, sewage, population management, encroachment removal, infrastructure development, urban beautification, law and order, coastal and maritime utilization, and the establishment of high-quality old-age homes.
  Krachistan shall be developed as a secure, terrorism-free international city, offering all modern facilities necessary for a peaceful and dignified life.
5. Promotion of Trade, Industry, Business, Construction, Fisheries, Tourism, and Agriculture:
  The United Krachistan Movement shall prioritize the complete promotion of trade, industry, business, construction, fisheries, tourism, and agriculture, ensuring full facilitation for all economic activities.
  Oppressive taxation on water, electricity, gas, and transportation shall be abolished. Full cooperation shall be extended to all business, industrial, and commercial organizations related to Karachi, and all obstacles shall be confronted decisively.
6. Appointment of Qualified Business and Industrial Professionals as President and Governors:
  The Movement shall demand that non-political, competent individuals from trade and industry be appointed as President of Pakistan and Provincial Governors, to stabilize Pakistan’s economy at the international level and positively influence political and social governance.
7. Ensuring Law and Order through Trade and Industry Leadership:
  The Movement shall demand that a qualified individual from Karachi’s trade and industry sector be appointed—upon approval of the President of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry—as an Honorary Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, with full authority and adequate staff.
  Additionally, the President of the Karachi Chamber shall be vested with full magisterial powers to ensure peace and security for business activities. This model should be extended to all chambers of commerce across Pakistan.
8. Federal Minister–Equivalent Status for the President of FPCCI:
  For international economic recognition, the Movement shall demand that the President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) be granted status equivalent to a Federal Minister.
9. Provincial Minister–Equivalent Status for Presidents of All Chambers:
  The Movement shall demand that the Presidents of all Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Pakistan be granted status equivalent to Provincial Ministers.
10. Complete Rule of Law in Krachistan:
  The Movement shall work with relevant institutions to expand police manpower and grant enhanced authority to ensure absolute law and order, eradicate crime, and confront extremism and terrorism with zero tolerance—while fully cooperating with law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.
11. Protection of the Public Mandate:
  Through organized public power and pressure, the Movement shall compel elected representatives at all levels to honor the public mandate and electoral promises, within moral, constitutional, and legal frameworks. Public pressure shall be exercised only under unavoidable circumstances.
12. . United Krachistan Development Council & Krachistan SuoMotu Supreme Council:
  Under the Movement, these councils shall maintain continuous public engagement, conduct independent analysis of civic issues, and submit monthly actionable reports to the Head Office for collective resolution of Krachistan’s problems.
13. Constitution, Law, and Islamic Ideology:
  The United Krachistan Movement shall not act against the Constitution of Pakistan, the law, or Islamic ideology, and shall never encourage illegal or unethical activities

Pakistan:

After completing the Krachistan Development Project, the Movement shall announce a comprehensive strategy for the completion and revival of Pakistan, including:

Constitutional guarantees for tax-free education, employment, healthcare, housing, and basic ration for all citizens. Utility bills and taxes shall be waived for all places of worship lacking independent income.
Replacement of linguistically-based provinces with provinces formed on administrative and population-based criteria.
Administrative empowerment of local mosque imams, without discrimination, to resolve neighborhood issues.
Implementation of a targeted strategy to eliminate all forms of national backwardness.
Enforcement of a National Charter of Demands based on public submissions.
Establishment of a powerful Islamic Ijtihadi and Ideological Council for the revival of authentic Islamic principles.
Preparation of a comprehensive report to abolish all institutions that burden the public and national treasury.

World:

Through its strategic framework, the United Krachistan Movement shall seek meaningful cooperation from international institutions and Pakistan-friendly nations for Krachistan and Pakistan.

The Movement shall also take practical initiatives to assist oppressed migrants and refugees worldwide, to halt wars and bloodshed, and to establish a truly weapon-free, peaceful global order.

Written Policy Proposals Concerning Karachi:

The United Krachistan Movement (UKM) shall formally submit the following written, reasoned, and evidence-based policy proposals to the relevant institutions for immediate implementation, concerning Karachi and its people:

Proposals on Knowledge and Education in Karachi:
- Immediate and uninterrupted provision of free Wi-Fi and internet access across Karachi shall be ensured, so that the nation may gain unrestricted access to international knowledge and information beyond borders. This proposal is firmly grounded in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), which states:
  “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
- To urgently promote education, all educational institutions in Karachi (schools, colleges, and universities) shall be bound, for an initial period of ten (10) years), to declare students successful upon obtaining either 25% marks or 75% attendance. Students and the nation shall not be subjected to so-called foreign-inspired examination systems that suppress learning, creativity, and confidence under the guise of academic standards.
Proposals Regarding Land and Urban Development in Karachi:
1. As the Sindh Building Control Authority has failed to perform its duties effectively, a separate and fully empowered “Karachi Building Control Authority” shall be established exclusively for Karachi, under the supervision of the Sindh High Court.
2. A highly empowered Anti-Encroachment Authority, under the supervision of the Sindh High Court, shall be established to take action immediately upon the initiation of any encroachment, either on public complaint or suomotu.
  The entire demolition cost shall be recovered from the illegal occupant.
3. All islands located along Karachi’s coastline shall be redeveloped and rehabilitated in accordance with national and economic needs.
  Local residents shall be given first priority in settlement and development.
4. All issues of registered cooperative housing societies in Karachi shall be resolved on a priority basis within one year, under the supervision of the Sindh High Court.
5. The sale of all agricultural land for housing schemes in Karachi shall be strictly prohibited, except under extreme necessity through a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC).
6. The sale of residential, commercial, and industrial land shall carry a binding guarantee that the land is purchased for actual use, not speculative investment.
  In violation cases, the government shall repurchase the land at the original price and auction it publicly after the approved period.
7. Land allotted for welfare purposes but not utilized accordingly shall be immediately confiscated.
8. Only high-grade copper wiring shall be used for electricity installations, and only high-grade steel pipelines for gas infrastructure.
9. Commercial use of residential streets and inner roads shall be strictly prohibited.
10. Masons, plumbers, electricians, and contractors shall be legally bound not to engage in or facilitate unauthorized construction or installations under any circumstances.
Proposals on Water, Electricity, Gas, Sewerage, and Transport:
1. Relevant utility institutions shall be compelled to waive all outstanding dues—once and for all—with generosity, in view of the financial hardships of Karachi’s people.
  Such an action would be a historic relief for the citizens of Karachi.
2. Citizens are earnestly urged to refrain from water, electricity, and gas theft and to act as law-abiding citizens by reporting such activities.
3. All utility bills shall be issued free of cost, in standard readable size, and delivered at least fifteen (15) days before the due date.
4. All oppressive billing terminologies and taxation mechanisms, including slab systems, protected and non-protected categories, shall be completely abolished.
5. Load shedding based on alleged theft in any area shall have no legal justification. Responsibility for theft shall rest upon the concerned departmental officials, not the residents.
6. All underground water, gas, and electricity connections shall be inspected on an emergency basis.
  Severe punishment shall be imposed not only on thieves but also on complicit utility staff, including those involved in the theft of sewer covers.
Proposals on Public and Civic Affairs in Karachi:
1. Any form of institutional disruption in public services shall be prohibited.
  Doctors, lawyers, or any professional group shall not be permitted to boycott or strike.
2. Streets and roads shall not be blocked for social, religious, political gatherings, rallies, or processions.
  The use of containers for road blockages shall be completely banned.
  Even damage caused by tent pegs on roads shall be penalized.
3. Footpaths in front of shops and hotels shall not be used for commercial purposes.
4. Service roads and streets shall not be used for parking or storage of permanently non-functional vehicles.
5. Wall chalking and unauthorized publicity shall be strictly prohibited, and violators shall be punished as a public example.
6. All programs such as free public food handouts (dastarkhwan) shall be discontinued.
  The nation must be transformed into a productive workforce, not a society of dependents.
7. All centers of obscenity and immoral activities operating under the guise of business shall be permanently shut down, and offenders punished publicly according to law.
8. Karachi shall be transformed into a city free from thieves, robbers, street criminals, land-grab mafias, drug addicts, professional beggars, mosquitoes, flies, and stray dogs.
9. Scrap dealers purchasing stolen goods shall be punished severely as a deterrent.
10. A strict ban shall be imposed on fake doctors and fake medical practitioners.
11. All practices involving black magic, astrology, talismans, charms, occult rituals, and deceptive spiritual services shall be prohibited, and offenders punished according to law.

UNITED KRACHISTAN MOVEMENT: ORGANIZATION

1. Foundational Organizational Principles of the United Krachistan Movement:

a. Nature and Purpose of the Movement:
The United Krachistan Movement is a reformist and revolutionary civic movement, established as a collective public response to the persistent failure of the Government of Sindh and elected public representatives to act in accordance with the people’s mandate. The Movement has come into existence to struggle — without discrimination — for the social, economic, educational, and political rights of the united citizens of Krachistan. Therefore, the United Krachistan Movement shall not participate in any national, provincial, or local government elections held in Pakistan, nor shall it seek governmental power or public office.

b. Political Positioning and Engagement:
i. The United Krachistan Movement shall not adopt a policy of confrontation with any political or religious party. However, conditional cooperation shall be possible on positive and constructive matters concerning Krachistan and Pakistan. Any action or policy that threatens the integrity, stability, sovereignty, or public interest of Karachi or Pakistan shall be openly, firmly, and unequivocally opposed and condemned.

c. Public Pressure and Democratic Accountability:
i. The United Krachistan Movement shall utilize the organizational strength, unity, and collective pressure of the people to ensure that elected representatives — members of the National Assembly, Provincial Assemblies, and Local Governments — honor their electoral promises and the public mandate, in a moral, constitutional, and legal manner, for the broader public good. The use of public pressure shall be exercised only in extreme and unavoidable circumstances, and strictly as a last resort.

d. International and Friendly-State Cooperation:
i. For the development and prosperity of Krachistan, the United Krachistan Movement shall, based on official internal reports, establish consultative and practical cooperation — within constitutional and legal limits — with Pakistan-friendly countries and international institutions.

e. Rejection of All Forms of Extremism and Nepotism:
i. The United Krachistan Movement shall have no association whatsoever with linguistic, provincial, sectarian, dynastic, or any other form of prejudice or fanaticism. The Movement shall actively struggle against all practices that give rise to hatred, division, and extremism, which ultimately obstruct the unity, defense, development, prosperity, and greatness of Pakistan. The United Krachistan Movement shall strictly oppose nepotism and political inheritance within political and religious parties, so that capable, principled, and hardworking political workers may have fair opportunities to contribute to Pakistan’s progress and prosperity.

f. Public Outreach and Peaceful Struggle:
i. Under the United Krachistan Movement, a mass public contact campaign shall be launched to identify and address all issues of Krachistan. To achieve its objectives, the Movement shall organize public meetings, press conferences, and peaceful demonstrations at designated locations, while avoiding sit-ins, large rallies, marches, and road-blocking activities as much as possible, in order to maintain peace and prevent violence. Nevertheless, peaceful assemblies and processions shall remain permissible. The Movement shall engage individuals from all walks of life and shall make lawful and positive use of banners, pamphlets, booklets, correspondence, modern social media, and information technology.

g. Councils, Committees, and Organizational Structure:
i. To implement its manifesto, the United Krachistan Movement shall establish various councils and committees. Initially, the following bodies have been constituted:
a. United Krachistan Development Council
b. Krachistan SuoMotu Supreme Council

ii. Upon completion of the organizational structure, a formal National Headquarters and regional offices shall be established. Until then, for organizational necessity, the following shall serve as the temporary National Headquarters: Krachistan House Kausar Town, Malir, Karachi 75080, Pakistan

2. United Krachistan Development Council (UKDC):

The United Krachistan Development Council shall struggle decisively for the protection of the fundamental human rights of Krachistan’s citizens in accordance with the Constitution of Pakistan. The Council shall undertake practical reformist and revolutionary measures, aligned with international standards, for the reconstruction and development of Krachistan. It shall work for the welfare, protection, and promotion of citizens’ social, political, educational, and economic rights, and for securing Krachistan’s rightful status and dignity. The United Krachistan Development Council shall also act as the oversight authority for all general members, special members, and office-bearers.

3. Krachistan SuoMotu Supreme Council (KSSC):

The Krachistan SuoMotu Supreme Council shall comprise respected retired individuals from various associations, NGOs, private and public institutions, including educators, members of the judiciary, and former members of Provincial Assemblies, the National Assembly, and the Senate of Pakistan. Based on their expertise, experience, observation, and professional networks, the Council shall serve Krachistan and its people. Its core mandate shall be to intervene suomotu, within constitutional and legal limits, in matters of public interest, including political, economic, social, judicial, educational, religious, and law-and-order issues, to ensure reasonable and logical resolutions. The Council shall seek cooperation from relevant institutions and both provincial and federal governments to eliminate hardships. Membership in the Council shall be granted through a carefully defined strategy, and only civilized, lawful means — such as correspondence, meetings, dialogue, mutual understanding, and judicial processes — shall be employed.

4. Fundamental Principles of Membership:

Any individual holding a valid National Identity Card may apply for General Membership or Special Membership on the prescribed form.

Due to the sanctity of the Holy Qur’an, no oath of any kind shall ever be required for membership.

All members, office-bearers, and affiliates shall be personally responsible for their conscience and actions.

There shall be no place in the United Krachistan Movement for:

Criminal elements
Land-grabbing mafias
Encroachers
Individuals involved in theft of water, electricity, or gas

If any member or office-bearer is found involved in illegal activities, disciplinary action shall be taken under the organizational framework. The Movement shall bear no responsibility for such illegal acts, nor shall it provide organizational or legal protection. Members may leave the Movement at any time, preferably through written notification. Unexplained inactivity for thirty (30) days shall be deemed as voluntary dissociation. Rejoining the Movement after dissociation shall not be permitted under any circumstances.

5. General Membership:

General Members shall hold fundamental importance within the organizational structure. Their written proposals, advice, and criticism shall play a decisive role in decision-making and shall not be ignored without valid justification. Eligibility for any organizational post within the United Krachistan Movement or its subsidiary bodies shall require General Membership. For the initial five (5) years, organizational appointments shall be made based on merit, competence, standards, and necessity. Afterward, a decision shall be taken on whether to continue this system or introduce internal elections. To obtain any organizational position, an area representative must be supported by a minimum group of ten (10) General Members.

6. Special Membership:

Individuals affiliated with any political party, religious organization, NGO, or institution may obtain Honorary and Voluntary Special Membership, while retaining their original affiliation, subject to written permission (NOC) from their respective organization. Special Members may submit written proposals and criticism, which shall not be dismissed without reasonable cause. Upon approval, Special Members may be appointed to distinguished advisory roles, such as:

Social Advocate
Political Advocate
Educational Advocate
Economic Advocate

7. Krachistan Areas Committees: Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers:

For organizational development, area-level leaders shall initially be required. Each Area Committee leader must have the support of at least ten (10) local individuals. Selected office-bearers from among General Members shall be provided an effective and practical platform to address the economic, political, social, and educational issues of all areas of Krachistan. Local leaders shall possess greater practical influence and public relevance than elected MNAs, MPAs, and local councilors, as those representatives serve limited voter segments, whereas United Krachistan Movement officials shall act for all voters and residents of their area and serve as custodians of the public mandate. Individuals committed to the principle of “Krachistan First, Then Pakistan”, and driven by positive, reformist, and revolutionary thinking, may apply for Honorary and Voluntary Membership through the General Membership Form, along with a group form of ten (10) persons. The organizational structure of the United Krachistan Movement shall be established locally, nationally, and internationally. Each Manager shall supervise ten (10) Supervisors, who shall be responsible for their respective areas.

8. United Karachi Movement: Permanent Organization:

The aim of the United Karachi Movement is to solve the problems of the people of Karachi and their possible solutions. Therefore, initially, for the convenience of the people of Karachi, to identify the problems of Karachi, to find their possible solutions and solutions, after the initial organization, a permanent organization will be formed on the basis of the boundaries of all the existing districts of Karachi, the boundaries of the National Assembly and Provincial Assembly constituencies and the boundaries of the police stations, including the boundaries of different areas, so that with the cooperation of the district administration, the members of the National Assembly and the Provincial Assembly and the law enforcement agencies, the problems of the people can be solved as much as possible in accordance with the constitution and law.
